Calvin finally agrees to get a physical exam after not seeing a doctor in nine years. While his exam results are good, Calvin learns that he needs a colonoscopy because of his age. After fighting with Tina and Dave, Calvin finally relents and gets the procedure done. Meanwhile, Grover asks Malcolm to be his guest for career day at the school because he thinks his security guard job is cool, which irritates Marty. Marty upstages Malcolm at the school by wearing a space suit, later confiding that he wanted to return to the school and be the cool guy for once.

Sketchy, Skeezy, and 10K come across a dentist's truck and drive it to a nearby town and are all welcomed into the fold because the truck had zombies in it. There they are put on trial by none other than Escorpion for stealing the truck. The Scorpion sentences them all to hanging, luckily they are saved by the gang.

Doc has been captured by Nurse Ratched and taken to the Serenity Falls Institution for the Criminally insane because she had overheard him saying he was a doctor in the woods, she then makes him prove his status by having him quickly diagnose all of the patients. He succeeds and then she takes Doc to see their newest patient who is in pretty bad shape, and Doc ends up seeing that it's 10K. The nurse had scheduled a lobotomy for 10K and proceeds to try and do the procedure because 10K keeps seizing and foaming at the mouth. Doc and one of the patients made a run into the Z-ward to try and get some medication for 10K and the rest of the patients as well. Doc makes it back just in time to stop her from even starting the procedure and tells her that he takes full responsibility for the patient (10K) and she leaves the room to check on the other patients. Doc then makes a cocktail of different medications and injects them into 10K which makes him jolt awake and then fall asleep, he then wakes up and one of the patients ends up bringing him into the common area and Doc helps him over to a table and asks how he's doing and 10K replies that he's really mellow. While the group is doing their daily exercise Doc and 10K try to escape. Unfortunately, Doc and 10K's escape attempt is thwarted by Nurse Ratched and she has them put in strait jackets. After Doc tells her of their mission to take Murphy to the CDC to cultivate a cure for the Z virus, Ratched is more than convinced that they're delusional. She prepares to lobotomize Doc, though a hulking patient named Bob comes to the rescue and kills her. The patients rise up. c manages to rally the patients and make a run for a bus that's parked outside just as the zombies break through the building's feeble barricades. Once everyone's outdoors, 10K collapses, prompting the patients to leave him and Doc behind as they take off in the bus. Doc discovers 10K's Murphy bite and despairs for his friend and wonders whether the vials in his bag are the cure or what's making him sick. Doc swears to punch in Murphy's teeth as 10K makes him promise not to tell Roberta and the others about his condition.

Kelly then comms Sick Bay and is informed that Claire is in the middle of a procedure. She decides to meet Claire that afternoon.

Once the Autobots defeated Megatron and took over the Nemesis, Knock Out claimed he was joining the winning team as they were restoring Cybertron. He was knocked out by Miko in the Apex Armor and taken as a prisoner to the planet. There, Knock Out helped the Autobots while they were under siege by whacking Starscream with the Immobilizer from behind, destroying the device in the process, and proving that he really wanted to join them. The team welcomed Knock Out into their side and he has remained with them ever since.

Regardless, Knock Out was welcomed and escorted Starscream to his cell with Arcee and Smokescreen. When Arcee asked why he turned against Starscream, he replied that even if he did help Starscream, Knock Out would've been the first to be fired out the airlock, which he also states "Oh, and he's rude" about Starscream. Knock Out and the Autobots faced against Unicron's army, with their three Predacon allies. The Nemesis crashed and the all survived, thankfully. After the Predacons were pushed with their undead ancestors in the well, Optimus and Wheeljack returned with the All Spark. After a short battle between Optimus and Unicron, Bumblebee, Smokescreen and Knock Out tried to aid Optimus. After that, Optimus trapped Unicron's spirit inside the All Spark's container. Megatron is back in his new body and Starscream tried to bring back the Decepticon ranks. Megatron said the Decepticons were over and flies off into the galaxy.

Mitch and Max decide to remove the bio-drive from Mitch's head, but a power failure during the procedure leaves Mitch temporarily blind and initiates the bio-drive. A new hybrid on the plane has caused the power failure and must be tracked down, but not killed so that a sample can be taken. 041b061a72
